Emotron FDU 2.0 AC drive optimizes the operation of your pumps, fans, compressors and blowers. A built-in shaft power monitor and a unique Load Curve Protection function protect your process by immediately detecting any situation that could cause inefficiency or damage. Early warnings and safety stops allow preventive action. Energy savings and optimized operation Emotron FDU regulates flow and pressure by continuously adapting motor speed. No energy wasted and no unnecessary equipment wear. A sleep function further reduces energy consumption by pausing the motor when it is not needed to be run. An automatic pump rinsing function increases efficiency. Multiple pump or compressor control is a reliable and cost-efficient method of keeping a constant flow or pressure despite varying demands. Emotron FDU controls up to seven drives. User-friendly and reliable operation The CG Smart PPU app is an unique application for AC drive control. It creates a virtual PPU on Android and IOS Smartphones with support of bluetooth connectivity. The Smart PPU app works through BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) connectivity i.e. connects with the AC drive PPU control panel through a bluetooth connectivity. Using the app you can now track the parametrs on real time basis and easily control the functionality of the AC drive like speed, parameter update, run, stop, languages etc. within normal bluetooth range, approximately 10 meters from your device. Operation parameters can be set in your own process units – m3/min, bar, Pascal etc. – making monitoring easier and more reliable. The removable control panel has a copy function for transferring settings to other Emotron FDU units. You can switch between local and remote control by the push of a key on the control panel. The virtual connection of logical functions, comparators and timers means no cables or external I/Os are required. Available in IP20/21 and IP54 versions Emotron FDU is available in IP20/21and IP54 versions. The robust steel construction in IP54 version means that you can install your AC drive close to the application, which saves the cost of cabinets and long motor cables.The 300-1,500 A units (IP20 modules) is also available in compact CG-designed IP54 cabinets. IP20/21 series 25-365 A are optimized for mounting in control cabinets (IP20) or on electrical room wall (IP21). Robust and compact design, easy access to power terminals.
